August Promotion

LPD (Lovelace Photography & Design) is going to be running a special/promotion each month and I'm going to start posting them on here. So, without further ado:

AUGUST PROMO

For anyone who REFERS another client to LPD you earn a FREE shoot w/ CD ($40 value!). Here's how it works. You tell a friend (or two or three) about LPD. If they book a shoot with me, they must give me your name when I asked referred by, and you'll automatically get a FREE standard shoot, w/ CD. I'll send you a "voucher" by email or facebook so we BOTH remember :) You can use it for yourself, your kids, your family, whatever. You can use it whenever, wherever - It will be complimentary! Your referral must contact me and set up the shoot between Aug 1 - 31. They can schedule it for anytime between now and December 31 but I have to have heard from them and booked them by August 31 or it won't count for the promo. Make sense?? Garrett: Family

At the end of June I headed to Lake Laupus here in Greenville and spent part of the evening with my husband's aunt, uncle, and their grandkids. It was beautiful weather and the kids had a great time walking around, chasing the ducks, and looking at the water. I never knew this lake was there but now that I know, I will definitely be going back.

Bubbles, Balloons, and the Birthday Boy

A few weeks ago a friend of mine asked me to photograph her son's first birthday party. I was so excited! What an opportunity to photograph such a memorable occasion! It was a hot day, but the kids were such troopers! There were games, swings, a pirate treasure hunt, and presents! It was a lot of fun!

Amanda & Justin: Wedding

It was a perfect day. The weather, the church, the decorations, the dress! The bride and groom both looked so confident and calm. Amanda walked down the aisle where her dad gave her to her high-school sweetheart. Justin smiled and took her hand. Everything went perfectly and their forever started on April 17, 2009.

Spring Fever

Recently, I spent time photographing one of my favorite one of my favorite people - my son! He's such a cutie.(I'm not at all biased, either) He has learned how to walk our dog and gets pretty upset if you go out without him. I took the opportunity to get some quick shots of them.

He loves chasing Oscar with the squeaker toy! My boys make me laugh so much!!

Amanda: Bridal

In March I went with my husband's aunt and cousin to a nearby park for some bridal shots. She was getting married in about 3 weeks and hadn't gotten her portraits done yet. This was an extra-special event because Amanda was wearing her mom's wedding dress. What an awesome moment!! Her mom got misty a few times, but was such a huge help with the shoot. We had a blast! We utilized that park to the best of our ability! We then went to the church where the wedding would be and we were able to get a few more shots there. Amanda was such a trooper! It was a long afternoon of shooting and she still kept smiling!
